Back to School Prayer

Father,

Bless and keep all those who begin school this year.

For each student, give grace to bear with the trials and celebrate the triumphs. Give them your eyes to see as you see. Fill them with Christ-like compassion for their peers. Protect their integrity. May they shine as pure lights in a dark world. May they speak bold words of grace and truth. May they go the extra mile. May they find you in the hallways and see you at work around them. May they join you in that work.

Give them discernment. Give them energy. Give them peace and rest.
